Our 11,000 square foot facility contains state of the art manufacturing equipment and a professional and courteous staff. Our capabilities of producing precision, high quality parts in a timely matter has been proven over and over again throughout the years. | Southern
Micro Etch specializes in photo machining, chemical etching, and
chemical milling, to produce high precision flat metal parts. Secondaries
include countersinking, reaming, electro part making, plating and forming.
We work with aluminum, copper, brass, phosphor bronze, stainless steel,
steel, beryllium copper, nickel silver, and nickel.
As a busy engineer
or buyer you need to get your components made and delivered fast. We are
very pleased to announce that we are able to turn around the typical job
in about one week - and often substantially faster than that! In fact we
have been turning around jobs for some customers in days!
